Get your 6ME Medical Check-up done
Please ensure your helper arrives with the Work Permit (physical card) or In-Principle Approval Form and 6ME Medical Examination Form. Printing services available at the clinic for a fee

The Local Doctor Clinic Submits Report to MOM
Our clinic will submit the 6ME Medical Check Up form and lab results to MOM on your behalf.

Await Results
Check the results through the MOM Employer portal within 2 working weeks of the check-up
